WIB360 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
- WIB360 means WIB360 Limited.
- Website refers to www.wib360.com.
- Services refers to all offerings provided by WIB360, including events, mentorship programmes, and affiliate partnerships.
- Affiliate Programme refers to referral-based partnerships promoting third-party services.
2. General Terms
2.1 All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
2.2 WIB360 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2.3 WIB360 reserves the right to refuse access to any service at its discretion.
3. WIB360 Events
3.1 Bookings
- All events must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Tickets are issued subject to availability.
3.2 Customer Cancellations
- Refunds may be requested up to 14 days prior to the event.
- Where a refund is approved, WIB360 will retain 10% of the ticket price to cover administrative and operational costs.
- Refunds are calculated based on the base ticket price only and exclude any payment processing or third-party fees, which are non-refundable.
- The remaining 90% will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds requested within 14 days of the event are not permitted.
3.3 Non-attendance
- Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund.
3.4 Substitutions
- Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice (minimum 7 days, unless otherwise stated).
3.5 Cancellation by WIB360
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered:
- A transfer to an alternative event, or
- A refund of the ticket price
- Due to costs incurred in advance (including venue hire, staffing, catering, and production), WIB360 reserves the right to retain up to 75% of the ticket price to cover non-recoverable or pre-paid costs.
- The exact refund amount will depend on the timing of cancellation and costs incurred.
- WIB360 is not liable for any additional costs (including travel or accommodation).
4. Mentorship Programme
4.1 Nature of Programme
- The mentorship programme is provided as a free initiative by WIB360 Limited to support participants through guidance, knowledge-sharing and peer support.
- Participation does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes.
4.2 Participation Requirements
Participants (mentors and mentees) are required to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions
- Engage actively in the programme
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Commit to the full duration of the programme
- If a participant is unable to attend a session, prior notice must be given, and reasonable efforts must be made to reschedule where appropriate.
- Provide a testimonial upon completion of the programme, which may be used by WIB360 for marketing and promotional purposes.
- WIB360 reserves the right to follow up and request completion of testimonials where they have not been submitted.
4.3 Non-Completion / Removal
- Where a participant:
- Fails to attend scheduled sessions
- Misses sessions without prior notice
- Does not engage with the programme
- Withdraws partway through without reasonable notice
- Fails to complete required elements of the programme (including submission of a testimonial)
- Behaves in a way deemed inappropriate or unprofessional
WIB360 Limited reserves the right to:
- Remove the participant from the programme, and
- Restrict or deny access to future mentorship opportunities or related WIB360 programmes
4.4 Programme Changes
- WIB360 reserves the right to:
- Modify the structure or format of the programme
- Reassign mentor/mentee pairings where necessary
- Pause or discontinue the programme at its discretion
5. Affiliate Programme
5.1 General
- WIB360 promotes selected third-party products and services through its Affiliate Programme.
- WIB360 does not supply or fulfil these products or services.
5.2 Transactions
- Any purchase made via an affiliate link or code is a transaction between you and the third-party provider.
5.3 Refunds and Cancellations
- All refunds, cancellations, and disputes must be handled directly with the third-party provider.
- WIB360 does not process refunds for third-party products or services.
5.4 Commissions
- Commission is earned on valid, completed transactions only, as defined by the third-party provider.
- Commissions may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed if:
- A transaction is cancelled or refunded
- Tracking fails or is deemed invalid
- WIB360 does not guarantee commission amounts, payment timelines, or availability.
5.5 Programme Changes
- WIB360 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any affiliate partnership at any time without notice.
6. Refund Principles
- Where WIB360 is the direct seller (events), refunds will:
- Be based on the base price only
- Exclude payment processing or third-party fees
- Where WIB360 is not the seller (affiliate transactions):
- Refunds are handled entirely by the third-party provider
7. Dietary Requirements & Liability
- Dietary, allergy, and accessibility requirements must be provided at least 7 days prior to events.
- WIB360 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements but relies on the accuracy of information provided.
- WIB360 is not liable for issues arising from:
- Failure to provide dietary information
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- Late changes
- Liability will only be accepted where proven negligence is demonstrated.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WIB360 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity
- Reliance on mentorship outcomes or affiliate earnings
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
9. Media & Data
- Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Attendance constitutes consent unless stated otherwise.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Legal
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
