Preeti Choudhary: Breaking Boundaries and Building a Global Vision
When Preeti Choudhary arrived in the UK from India at just 20 years old, she carried something far more powerful than a suitcase.
She carried determination.
Determination to build a life on her own terms, to challenge expectations and to prove that a woman can define her own future, no matter where she starts.
Today, Preeti is a serial entrepreneur, global business leader and multi award winner. But her story is about far more than business success. It is a story of resilience, courage and the belief that adversity can become the foundation of something extraordinary.
From Personal Challenge to Purpose
Preeti founded Pro-Business Consulting (PBC) in 2018 with a clear vision: to support medical technology companies navigating the complex world of regulatory and quality compliance so their innovations can reach patients around the world. But the motivation behind the business was deeply personal.
When her son was diagnosed with Neonatal Encephalitis at just 28 days old, Preeti faced years of hospital appointments, uncertainty and emotional strain. Like many mothers, she wanted to be present for her child. But she also knew that being a mum alone could not define her.
“I wanted to give purpose to my life,” she has said. So she started a business from her living room. No investors. No big team. Just belief, expertise and relentless determination.

Building a Business That Changes Lives
What began as a one-woman consultancy has grown into a thriving international business. Today, Pro-Business Consulting supports medical technology manufacturers across global markets, helping them overcome regulatory challenges so life-changing healthcare innovations can reach the people who need them most.
In just a few years, the company has grown to a net worth of more than £1 million, with a team of employees and specialist contractors contributing to its continued success and ambitious plans for further global expansion.
But Preeti’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there.
She has since expanded into multiple sectors, launching additional ventures and acquiring businesses across areas including real estate, clothing and health economics, creating jobs and opportunities along the way. Her businesses now operate across both the UK and India, reflecting the global outlook she has carried since the very beginning.
Leading with Empathy and Vision
What sets Preeti apart as a leader is not just her commercial success, but her approach to people. She believes in organic growth, strong relationships and leading with empathy. Her leadership style focuses on transparency, collaboration and creating an environment where both employees and businesses can grow together. Colleagues and clients often speak about her ability to connect with people on both a professional and personal level, a skill that has helped her build lasting partnerships and a loyal customer base.
Under her leadership, PBC has carved out a distinctive position within the MedTech consultancy space, becoming known for its innovative thinking, adaptability and commitment to solving complex challenges.
Redefining What Success Looks Like
Preeti’s journey has not always been easy. Like many women navigating both entrepreneurship and cultural expectations, she has faced social pressure and stereotypes along the way. But rather than allowing those barriers to define her, she chose to challenge them. She proved that a woman can build a thriving global business, raise a family and still stay grounded in the values that matter most.
For Preeti, success is not measured solely in turnover or recognition. It is about creating opportunities, supporting others and remaining rooted in purpose.
Her ambition is not only to grow her own businesses but to invest in and support start-ups and university spin-outs within the healthcare sector, helping the next generation of innovators bring their ideas to life.

Thinking Global, Staying True to Values
Preeti’s future vision is bold.
Over the next five years, she aims to grow Pro-Business Consulting into a multi million pound global brand, expanding across multiple sectors while continuing to create new jobs and opportunities. But despite her international ambitions, her personal values remain simple.
- To stay grounded.
- To help others.
- To be someone people can trust.
And perhaps most importantly, to pass those values on to her children.
A Role Model for the Next Generation
Preeti Choudhary’s journey is a powerful reminder that success rarely comes from a straight path. It comes from resilience. From hard work. From the courage to believe in your vision even when the odds seem stacked against you.
From arriving in the UK as a teenager determined to carve her own path, to becoming a global entrepreneur and award-winning business leader, Preeti’s story is proof that dreams really can become reality.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: Work hard. Believe in your vision. And never let anyone tell you what you can or cannot achieve.
“I started with nothing but belief, built through adversity, and created a business with purpose – because I refused to let my circumstances define my future..”

Recognised by the Enterprise Vision Awards
Preeti’s impact has also been recognised on the national stage through the Enterprise Vision Awards, where she achieved the rare distinction of winning both the Professional Services Award and the Scale Up Award. These awards celebrate women who are not only building exceptional businesses but doing so with vision, resilience and leadership that creates opportunity for others.
For Preeti, the recognition was deeply meaningful. It acknowledged the years of determination behind the scenes; the long hours, the risks, and the belief that her vision could grow into something bigger. But more than anything, it reinforced the message she hopes other women will take from her journey: that success is possible even when the path is uncertain.
Awards bring visibility, confidence and momentum, but for Preeti they also represent something more important – the chance to inspire other women to step forward, believe in their abilities and pursue their ambitions without hesitation.
